Agendas and Minutes for Quarterly and Annual Board Meetings

The Lake Haus HOA holds four quarterly board meetings each calendar year (CY) via video link and one in-person annual meeting. Owners (i.e., members) can attend any of the five meetings but it is the annual meeting where the budget for the coming fiscal year (FY) is adopted, returning board members are retained, new board members voted in, and new policy issues are discussed and adopted.  A quorum for the board meetings is 4 of the 7 board members and at the annual meeting, a minimum of 60% of the members (in-person or proxy) is required for a quorum.
