Lake Haus is seven buildings composed of 22 entry ways, each with 4 units...2 two bedroom upstairs units and 2 one bedroom downstairs units. Eighty seven of the units are independently owned and maintained with the HOA retaining ownership of one unit for use by the on-site manager.

Occupancy is a combination of full-time, part-time, renters, and short-term rentals. HOA dues are currently $325 which pays for maintenance and operation of the common areas (i.e., hallways), the exterior of the buildings, all of the grounds, and high speed internet and cable. Our fiscal year is 1 Oct to 30 Sep.
