Lake Haus is seven buildings composed of 22 entry ways, each with 4 units...2 two bedroom upstairs units and 2 one bedroom downstairs units. Eighty seven of the units are independently owned and maintained with the HOA retaining ownership of one unit for use by the on-site manager.

Occupancy is a combination of full-time, part-time, renters, and short-term rentals. HOA dues are currently $325 which pays for maintenance and operation of the common areas (i.e., hallways), the exterior of the buildings, all of the grounds, and high speed internet and cable.
